Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting

The IBMT’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 17 October from 2.30pm-5pm at the Aberdeen Town House, Broad Street, Aberdeen AB10 1AQ. 

All IBMT members are invited to attend the AGM and other associated events in Aberdeen over the weekend of 16-18 October. Details of the weekend's programme will be advertised separately on this site.

Regardless of whether they attend the AGM, all members are also invited to nominate candidates for the election of the IBMT’s officers (Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) and Executive Committee (no more than 11). Voting will take place at the AGM. Nominations must be received in writing by 3 October 2015.
