The IBMT are a charity and its services are run by volunteers, this can mean goods may take longer to arrive than expected. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within a 14 day period. If there is a problem with your order the merchandise organiser will contact you.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Switch. We use Paypal Merchant Services but you do not need a paypal account to shop with us.
We never store your sensitive credit card information.
PayPal adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security. All credit card data is stored, transmitted, and processed by PayPal and not by us ‘The IBMT’.
We only sell goods that support the aims of the IBMT.
Any orders over £35 are post free in the UK, maximum postage rates for goods over £35 in Europe and Ireland is £9.99 and for the rest of the world is £14.99.
If you have any problems with your goods please e-mail the Merchandise Organiser via the link on the merchandise page.
We will replace any faulty goods or fully refund the cost within 1 calendar month. First contact the merchandise organiser and return the faulty goods to him.
