Ken Loach to attend IBMT screening

Announcement from the IBMT Oxfordshire memorial committee:

Oxford University and IBMT Oxfordshire committee member Ed Ayres has achieved a considerable coup in successfully inviting Ken Loach to Oxford for a screening of his seminal and controversial film, ‘Land and Freedom’.  

Ken Loach will be joining us in Oxford fresh from his latest triumph at the Cannes Film Festival, where he won the Palme d'or for his new film ‘I, David Blake’.

The screening will be followed by a question and answer session with Ken Loach and Oxfordshire IBMT chair Colin Carritt (and others yet to be announced).

The film will be screened on 10 June but, as yet, we do not have a venue confirmed.
