Plaque on the ground floor of Liverpool Town Hall (High St, L2 3SW) marking the 80th anniversary of the Spanish Civil War and paying tribute to those people from Merseyside who supported the anti-fascist cause in the Spanish Civil War. Unveiled by the city council on 19 December.

Carved wood memorial in Town Hall, Albert Square, to Manchester volunteers. Erected by Manchester City Council and Manchester branch of printworkers’ union SOGAT, 12 February 1983.  The memorial is currently in the Central Library, St Peter's Square,M2 5PD, during renovation work to the Town Hall.
