Memorial and plaque dedicated to the eight International Brigaders from Stockton-on-Tees: George Bright, William Carson, Wilfred Cowan, Otto Estensen, Myles Harding, Johnny Longstaff, Patrick Maroney and Bert Overton. Features a reproduction of Picasso's 'Guernica' with volunteers' names around it.
Installed after a fundraising campaign led by John Christie and Stockton supporters and unveiled on 16 September 2022. 1 Wasp Nest Yard, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 1TA.
